Peggi was raised in Massachusetts before re-locating to Arizona in 2006. She graduated magna cum laude from Western International University in Human Resources Management (HRM), followed by her MBA from the same university. Peggi has over twenty years of leadership and 14 years of HRM experience, with a strong passion for developing employee relations, improving HR systems and processes, and increasing efficiencies for operational excellence.
A happily married mother of four grown children, five grandchildren, and an abundance of grand pets, Peggi enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing new places while travelling with her husband. She is a prideful sports fan and can often be found cheering in the stands for her hometown teams and local Cardinals, D’Backs, and Rattlers games. In addition, she enjoys reading and is a published author, specializing in women’s leadership.
Peggi is a member of Toastmasters International with an aptitude for leadership development and public speaking. Her drive and commitment to continuous improvement and effective communication skills make her an integral part of the Valor Global team.
