Daniel brings 11+ years of contact center experience and more than 8 years of leadership experience to the Valor team. Daniel has a proven ability to creatively build and foster high-performing teams that thrive on consistency and can strategically navigate a sea of contact center challenges with simplicity, integrity, and success.
Daniel has been based in the Philippines for more than 5 years and is married to his wonderful wife and soulmate of 2 years, Bernadette. Together with their golden retriever, Hunter, they love to travel to new places. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys barbecuing, learning to cook cuisine from different cultures, watching his favorite sports teams, and camping/hiking.
