Client partnered with the company’s telesales voice solutions and patented TapNTxt application. TapNTxt is a groundbreaking conversational and transactional SMS/Text application. Consumer use includes inquiries, providing their information, and most importantly the ability to purchase products through a secure transaction. TapNTxt supports opt-in responses by entering a phone numbers/short code with a key word, QR code, or by hyperlink. TapNTxt allows for the capture of incoming phone numbers with authorizations, which can be used for future marketing or sales campaigns. All applicable fees are calculated through the sales process. The consumer can pay with a PCI secure credit card system, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
