Tom DePoy

Tom grew up in Michigan and graduated Western Michigan University with Business Administration. Tom brings over 25 years of leadership experience with all facets of Contact Center Services. Tom leads Valor’s global Contact Center Operations and is responsible for exceeding customer expectations and KPI’s.

Tom is married to his beautiful wife Michelle and has 4 kids. Tom enjoys spending time with family. Tom has had the opportunity to play with several great bands over the years and can be seen performing at sports events.
