A strategic Human Resources Business Leader, Marina is focused on partnering with leadership to develop and execute business strategies. She is experienced in driving change related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in dynamic corporate environments. Her north star is directing change to improve and grow the organization.
Marina joins Valor Global with a long and decorated history in Human Resources. She graduated from University of Iowa with a BBA in Human Resources and later from National-Louis University with a Masters of Science in HR Management. She started her Human Resources Management career working in manufacturing plants Eaton Corp and Kraft Foods in the Midwest before relocating to the desert to oversee Human Resources for home builder Taylor Morrison.
Marina is married with a daughter and enjoys hiking and hanging out with her three pups.
